Meet Nick

Leading the Pack

I'm not your typical mental health professional. After my own mental health journey, I realised traditional approaches weren't connecting with workplace teams who need real support.

They need real talk, not corporate speak. And not waiting two weeks for an EAP appointment!

So I created Pack Mentality Group - where authenticity meets expertise, where humour breaks down barriers, and where a cocker spaniel named Obie gives the best free hugs in Brisbane.

The world is (much) BETTER with YOU in it.

That's not just a tagline - that's the reality of it. Trust me on this.

What The Pack says

Alastair J, MHFA Participant, Brisbane

“I highly recommend Nick Mair and Mental Health Pack for any training requirements you may have relating to Mental Health First Aid.
From my first communication with Nick he has been professional, prompt and on point. I completed the 2 day MHFA course this week and Nick's delivery really worked for me.

He runs small classes and encourages engagement from and with all participants...."
